We are looking for a confident and motivated individual to join our Global Business Development Team.

ROLE

You will be a core member of our GBD Team and will be responsible for the strategic growth and expansion of Ecube Labs. You will not be tied down to a single task but rather be given the opportunity to exercise all muscle groups, whether it’s hustling for sales, managing accounts, or supporting back office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a GBD Manager, you will take on further specialized duties that fall into the following categories:

• Sales – Lead the charge at the front lines with our motivated and flexible sales team.
• Accounts – Engage existing clients to assess needs and grow the account by upselling.
• Support – Resolve client issues in conjunction with the Hardware and Software Teams while proactively monitoring accounts to mitigate potential issues before they arise.
• Documentation – Organize, update, and archive relevant documentation for the GBD Team.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate for GBD Manager will have the following qualifications:

• Experience in a goal-oriented sales environment
• Experience managing international client accounts or customer service-related tasks
• Experience working in a team-based environment where you were responsible for both self-starting and delegated tasks
• Highly organized, well-presented, with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Able to travel for overseas business trips to various countries
• Bilingual: Fluent English & Korean (can be your second language)
• Korea-based candidates preferred
